近期，新型冠状肺炎蔓延全球，这场疫情牵动着每一个人的心，人们的命运联结为一体，共同对抗病毒，守护家园。除了团结一心防疫战疫的中国人民，还有数以万计的外籍来华工作者，例如我们的外籍教师。他们兢业且勤恳，有些人甚至把中国当作了第二个故乡。
目前我们爱启多青少英语的外教老师们全部在早期返回了中国，并都早已渡过了隔离期。老师们都已经平静、专注地投入到了正常的线上教学工作中。那么他们对此次疫情有何看法呢？
这次我们邀请了爱启多青少英语的外教老师们接受访谈，下面，让我们一起听听他们心声。

I am Damon, teacher from Ikidol In any kind of situation, even as serious as current pandemic, I have a quite simple habit – focus on positive side or if nothing can find positive – create it. My time during this outbreak I have spent with my family (my wife and 4 years old daughter). Honestly, that was one of the best family quality time I have had in China. I truly enjoyed it (staying at with my family).
In addition, my school (Ikidol), had provided me with the means of continuing work, even from home. I am glad that Ikidol·ABIE helped me to acquire new competency (teaching online). Moreover, most parents showed their cooperation with us due to whole situation.
Now, frankly speaking, China is the safest place in the world, where country managed to stop virus spreading. I am motivated to push my limits and expand my skills in the field of online teaching.
大家好，我叫Damon,是爱启多的一名老师。对于我来说，不论在什么情况下，即使是在现在特殊的疫情时期，我仍然会保持积极的态度，如果有点难，就努力创造积极。在最近这段期间，我大部分的时间都和我的家人，我的妻子和四岁的女儿呆在一起。这是我来中国这么久和家人相处得最有意义的一段时光，我很珍惜这段和家人一起的日子。
另外，感谢我的学校-爱启多，提供了很多形式帮助我们在家里继续工作。我很高兴在爱启多·爱贝的帮助下能够开始新的线上教学模式，也非常感谢这段时间我的学生家长们的配合和支持。
现在，坦率地说，中国是这个世界上最安全的国家，政府有力地管理并阻止着病毒的传播。至于我现在能做的，就是在教学领域不断提升自己的能力，把更好的带给我的学生。

Hi, my name is vishal and I work for Ikidol, I have been in wenzhou throughout the virus epidemic.
We can complain because rose bushes have thorns, or we can rejoice because thron bushes have Roses. It's our perspective which makes us mentally strong in situation like these.
This did not stop our teachers and school from thriving. Collectively thinking of proactive ideas which can still continue the great impacts on a child's development. It's been amazing to see parents engage in the online classes aswell as wechat activities. Which has not only help develop the childs english but also encouraged parents to speak english too. This effectively resulted in building stronger relationships as a whole.
The past months of sundays have been very different. It caused a range of challenges on the way. It has caused our day to day lifestyles to change. Initially it may have felt we were chasing rainbows.
However we can say there is a light at the end of the tunnel here in china. As days pass by the light seems to be getting bigger and brighter.
This was not possible though individual efforts. This was only possible by working together to combat the situation, over time. A river can cut through a rock not because it's powerful because of its persistence.
Now waking up in the morning and hearing laughter brings spring to life. I may not speak much chinese but we all speak the same language, positive vibes. We were all capable, we were all strong. We had one dream, our dream was presented with a plan. Which is now coming into reality.

Hello, my name is Kayden.I’m an English teacher for Ikidol. I stayed in China throughout the virus epidemic. I never doubted that China will be strong and decisive to beat it. I feel safe and happy to work online from the comfort of my home. I’m grateful to all people who worked so hard during hardest times to keep us safe and provided all the necessities. Our company took great care of us during the quarantine and supportedus.

Over the past months we have encountered serious difficulties,but thanks to the participation of everyone, we have practically overcome them.
During this time, everyone experienced and gained new one, we had the opportunity to look at ourselves and determine what kind of person you want to be.
Many went through various emotions and feelings, whether it was frivolity or confidence, fear or the desire to fight.
Together, making efforts, having suffered hardships, we are going to turn the outcome of the fight.
Any experience, is experience, it makes us stronger, more confident in ourselves and motivates to reach new heights.
Any experience gives us the opportunity to become a little better, a little fearless and a little bit moving us forward, step by step helps us build our better future.
It won't take long to wait for life to return to normal.

在这段特殊时期里，我们根据外教们不同的个人情况，实施着不同的管理、关怀措施。并且我们教师团队的建设和管理一直处于高水平的稳定状态，所有外教都积极主动地配合着校区、政府的一系列抗疫措施，全然理解、心怀祝福，和所有的同事一起共克时艰。
